Underfloor Heating

Underfloor Heating

If having a warm and cosy house in the winter is important to you, our superior underfloor heating is the perfect solution. It will keep your rooms warm, provide you with a much more pleasant heat than radiators, and even reduce your fuel costs.

Whether it be for residential, office, industrial, sports halls or open spaces – what was an exception to the rule yesterday has now become usual: usage-optimised heating systems that continually keep pace with individual requirements using room by room thermostatically controlled heating zones. It is therefore hardly surprising that planners and building owners are choosing underfloor heating when it comes to selecting a modern and advanced solution. Whether it is a screed, joist, floating floor or something bespoke we are expert installers with 14 years experience of high-quality underfloor heating systems. As preferred partners of leading manufacturer Roth, you can be assured of an excellent warranty backed quality installation.

How it works

Our underfloor heating uses hot water pipes that are embedded within your floor. They circulate warm water, gently heat your rooms and give a lovely warm feeling to your feet! They’re fully controllable, but unlike radiators they don’t take up space and they leave zero cold spots in your rooms.

Each under floor heating system we provide is individually designed to meet the needs of your home. Factors such as wall thickness, amount of glazing, building materials and physical location that effect building heat losses will be factored into your bespoke solution. The design will provide the precise amount of heat required for your home to ensure a highly performing and economical system.

Benefits

  • Distributes heat evenly and consistently around each room
  • A suitably sized unit can heat a larger area than an individual radiator, and works at a lower temperature, so it could reduce your heating bills
  • Less wastage – your floors will stay warm even if the windows are open or the room is very draughty
  • It’s hidden – so it doesn’t spoil your décor or take up space with ugly, bulky radiators
